Bloggers blogging on their blogs.

The term blog is short for weblog. Blogs are websites where participants easily post news, personal thoughts, information, and images in reverse chronological order. Frequency is important when maintaining a blog, as many bloggers post information daily and even dozens of times each day. The controversial celebrity blogger Perez Hilton (http://www.perezhilton.com/) posts hundreds of celebrity images, videos, and audio clips every week, sometimes 50 per day, often adding an image and line of text every five minutes.


You can search for blogs on any topic using all of the popular search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Even better, you can use the blog search engine at Technorati (http://www.technorati.com/). Technorati's most recent State of the Blogosphere (March 2007) report tracked more than 70 million weblogs, with an additional 120,000 added every day.
